EcoStories is a project that aims to bring science and community research to life through creative writing. It is currently based in the Twin Cities, where Dana collaborates with the Minneapolis City Health Department, Environmental Services Division.
About the Author
Dana D’Amico is a Minneapolis-based science writer and multimedia designer originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her MFA in nonfiction writing from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in biology from Allegheny College. Her work blends scientific research with cultural, historical, and personal narratives. Read more about her past work at her website, here.
